CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kalorama Spa & Boutique, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to our service providers and guests, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, which will be applied to the card on file. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without notice will also result in a 100% charge for the service booked.
